It is not complicated at all. We will carefully remove the false eyelashes from the case, if they are too long for the size of your eyes, we will trim a little at the outer end. We will wait a few seconds for the adhesive to dry a little, thicken and allow a better adherence to the eyelid. We will glue the false eyelash on the base of your natural eyelashes, starting from the central part towards the outer corner of the eye. If desired, you can apply mascara so that the lashes blend well with each other.
Yes you can, but it is not recommended as you may feel uncomfortable, you could damage your false eyelashes or suffer an allergic reaction from sweat, any soap you use, even sea salt can damage your eyelashes.

Shipments to southern Europe are dispatched from our company headquarters in Mallorca. Shipments to Central Europe are also carried out from Mallorca or from our warehouse in Germany, depending on the distance. When your package leaves our facilities you will receive an email or SMS in which we will provide you with all the information so that you know where your package is at all times.
You must let us know, and we will inform you of the steps to follow in order to make a return. We accept returns / exchanges as long as the product is as it was received, and that also includes the packaging. The product must arrive at our facilities.
