1. Use only Natalia Romanova fixing products for these eyelashes.
2. Apply the fixing product to the eyelid in a line.
3. Wait 10-20 seconds.
4. Using the applicator, attach the eyelashes to the line you previously drew.
5. Fix the eyelash with light pressure. Use the applicator or your fingers.

The client must communicate in advance via email and send us the product by their own means within 14 business days, since we do not have a collect service.
The refund would be the amount of the product, not the shipping. For example, if the customer purchased a product of € 50 + € 5.90 shipping, the return would be made for an amount of € 50 despite having paid a total of € 55.90.
When we accept the return of a product it has to be in the same condition as the buyer received it including the packaging. If the product is returned unsealed, with the blister or bag broken, with scratches, etc., we will not be able to refund the amount so the product will be returned to you.
